Adult Private Experience.
The Private ArcoTherapy Experience is for teens and adults wanting an intimate, focused, and challenging multiweek program dedicated to personal growth through the practice of traditional archery, the ancient teachings of mindfulness, Qi Gong, and acupuncture, and unique Anchor Point integrity practices.
Experience Length: 6 weeks
Session Time: 2 hours each

What to Expect.
The Adult Private Experience is a one-on-one multiweek program.
The 6-week experience includes ample archery techniques and practice, Shaolin Qi Gong, and embodiment practices such as mindfulness and breathwork, and acupuncture*. Additionally, latter sessions involve the development of an integrity practice using the unique Anchor Point framework and guided practices to reawaken passion and purpose.
*Participants can receive free community acupuncture on Wednesdays during the Experience. Additional private sessions might be added as deemed beneficial.
