Kids Group Experience.
Kids Group ArcoTherapy is for children ages 10 and up who are ready to meet the challenge of personal growth through the practice of traditional archery and the ancient teachings and practices of mindfulness, breathwork, and Qi Gong.
When: Saturdays or Sundays for 6 weeks
Time: 2.5 hours per week
Location: Surf Boxes, Playa Pelada, Nosara, Costa Rica
Next Session: Sundays from 9-11:30am, beginning March 10

What to Expect.
The Kids Group Experience has a maximum of 4 children per offering.
The 6-week experience includes ample archery techniques and practice, Shaolin Qi Gong, and embodiment practices such as mindfulness and breathwork. Additionally, latter sessions involve the development of an integrity practice using the unique Anchor Point framework.

Continuation of archery practice and refinement of both dominant and non-dominant sides.
Continuation of Shaolin Qi Gong practice.
Introduction of Anchor Point integrity practice.
